What is the purpose of our processing your data?
The purpose of this processing is the selection of candidates for positions offered by PEOPLEMATTERS.
This selection procedure may involve conducting personality tests or assessment of commercial skills of the candidates, solely for the purpose of assessing such skills as may be necessary to carry out their functions required by PEOPLEMATTERS.
If you provide us with references of third parties in order to verify the information provided, you should have previously informed these people and obtained their consent to be contacted by PEOPLEMATTERS.
How long will we hold your data for?
Your data will be deleted once they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were obtained, or when the individual exercises his or her right to have them deleted.
Whatever the case, one year after receiving your curriculum vitae, we may ask you if you wish us to keep your data on record for other possible selection processes which you may be interested in.
