Susana Marcos

She was the Managing Partner of Human Capital Practices in Spain for Watson Wyatt and Training and Development Manager at Argentaria’s Insurance Business Division. Prior to this, she developed her career in the consulting field, first at Arthur Andersen and then at Andersen Consulting, forming part of the change management team.

She worked as a researcher in the Educational Research and Documentation Centre of Spain’s Ministry of Education and lectured at the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Complutense University of Madrid.

Susana has recognised experience in the design and implementation of remuneration and reward systems and human resource management models both in Spain and abroad in different sectors. She is an expert in implementing change.

Degree in Education Sciences at the Complutense University of Madrid. Master in Human Resource and Management Development (PDD) at the IESE Business School in Madrid.

Camilla Hillier-Fry

Partner of PeopleMatters, Camilla leads the Talent Management and Cultural Transformation service lines, directing the International Management of Human Capital, the PeopleMatters service aimed specifically at Spanish companies in different phases of their internationalisation process.

She has provided consulting services in human resource management to national and multinational clients from different sectors, both in Spain and on an international level (Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America), managing projects related to cultural integration and transformation, defining and implementing strategies, managing talent and engagement and virtual teams. She has also directed projects for the design and global implementation of competency management, the training of directors and sales forces and measurement using the balanced scorecard method.

Accredited consultant for the Center for Creative Leadership and The Blanchard Institute.

Prior to this, she worked in the Human Capital Division of Watson Wyatt after directing the Hay Training R&D Division (part of the Hay Group), where she was responsible for the development of innovative methodologies. Preceding this, she worked in a training and communication consulting firm and at Andersen Worldwide as a performance consultant for international professionals (EMEA). She has extensive experience in people management which she has acquired through her responsibilities both in technical or human resource departments in multinational companies and in projects for international consulting firms. Forming part of the change management team, she has been a manager at Accenture and subsequently at Watson Wyatt, a company where she developed and marketed the Wage Studies department in Spain.

She has participated in and managed design projects. He completed his studies in Telecommunication Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and he obtained his doctorate with a thesis in Cognitive Psychology applied to the design of Man-Machine interfaces. He has conducted a Management Development Program at IESE.

He is a regular contributor to seminars and publications related to his area of expertise. He is also associate professor at the international Business School ESCP Europe, where he teaches HR Management, Organizational Design and Consultancy Techniques, and where he was Academic Director of Executive MBA of the campus of Madrid.

Miriam Aguado

Director at PeopleMatters, Miriam has extensive experience in people management consulting. Her fields of expertise are: employer branding and communication, performance management, remuneration and applying technology to human resource and learning.

She began her professional career in the Human Performance Division of Accenture where she was a manager until she joined Watson Wayatt, where she combined project development with the launch of different eHR initiatives. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to work in Spain, the United States, the United Kingdom and France.

At PeopleMatters, Miriam has managed the development of the employer branding services and capacities of the firm and has directed different projects in this field, the first of their kind in Spain, which have contributed to the current leadership position of the company in this respect. She has also provided consulting services to clients covering a wide range of needs relating to people management.

She has extensive experience in the areas of total remuneration, executive compensation, long term incentives, share plans, expatriate policies, flex benefits, performance management and pension plans. He has also a broad experience communicating compensation programs to employees and training in house compensation professionals.

Prior to joining PeopleMatters, Inmaculada was living in London for five years where she consulted for several companies and worked as Compensation Director for VSO . Previously she was Compensation & Benefits Director in Iberdrola and she worked at Watson Wyatt for ten years as a director of the executive remuneration practice.

He contributes regularly to the specialized press, as well as HR seminars and conferences.

Inmaculada has a BA Honours in Law from CEU San Pablo, Madrid, Master in Human Resources Management from INSEAD, and Master in Business Law from IE, Madrid. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Silvia Pareja

Manager of the Cultural Transformation Division at PeopleMatters, she has extensive experience in people management consulting, with her specialist areas being: cultural and organisational transformation, human resource strategy and models, talent management strategy and practices in key groups and change management.

She began her professional career in the Human Performance Division of Accenture and subsequently she worked for Talent & Organization at Accenture Strategy as an experienced manager. In Spain she was responsible for the HR Strategic and Transformation Knowledge Division and was a member of international specialised practices communities.

She has led projects for diagnosing and visioning corporate culture, defining and implementing cultural transformation programmes and projects to modify the behaviour of key people and groups of the organisation.

She has participated in diagnostics of talent management practices, the identification of key positions in the organisation, the definition of the talent management process map (selection, assessment, development, careers and succession) and commitment management.

She has experience in human resource strategic reflections, the definition of operative and organisational models for the division, governance model, balanced scorecard and people analytics.

Degree in Economics from the University of Alcalá de Henares.
