The Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) certification provides a thorough understanding of best practices in rewards and compensation with international application.
The certification consists of ten courses with their corresponding exams. The courses are given by professionals from PeopleMatters and from other companies, all of them accredited by WorldatWork with a broad experience in the subject.

There is a course once a month, each lasting three days: two for face-to-face classes and a third one for the exam. The exams consist of 100 multiple choice questions which will be corrected by WorldatWork which will also inform the participants directly of their results and issue the certification. There is no time limit for the certification. Participants can set up their own learning pace and the order in which they want to take the courses.

The courses are given by professionals from PeopleMatters duly accredited by WorldatWork, all of them with a broad experience in the subject and in advising companies on the optimisation of their reward and compensation policies.

The certification is issued by the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals.
